You need a domain, and it can be with any registrar. With DNS on UQBITZ setup is automatic; elsewhere, you copy the records we show you.
It depends on the plan: from 10 mailboxes of 5 GB on Micro to unlimited mailboxes of 50 GB on Max. The mailbox limit belongs to the subscription, across as many domains as you like.
If it’s on cPanel, yes, with every message, through email-only migration. From other providers, not yet.
